PLANNING AND ZONING

Mission Statement:

• ]Become an integral part of providing the Planning and Zoning Departments of the county and all the municipalities with a balanced regulatory public policy.

Goals:

• To ensure that regulatory policy makers are aware of the FCCIC and how we can assist in their policies.
• To provide local citizens access to housing of their choice and the opportunity to own their own home.
• Annually make contact with policy makers to inquire of any new policy directions.

On April 21st and May 19th, the Franklin County Planning and Zoning Department will hold a public hearing on ordinances changes.  The changes can be seen at the Franklin County website.  Please review and use the contact page if you have any questions.
