Mission Statement

The Mission of the Franklin County Construction Industry Council is to use it's unified strength and resources to achieve a positive business, community and association environment which enhances the overall success of the building industry, the community at large and each member.

Code of Ethics

Members of the Franklin County Construction Industry Council pledge allegiance to the following principles and policies:

• Our permanent responsibility is to our members, our community, and our country.

• Honesty is our guiding business policy.

• High standards of health, and safety, shall be built into every home.

• As members of a progressive industry, we encourage research to develop new materials, new building techniques, new building equipment, and improved methods of home financing.

• All sound legislative proposals affecting our industry and the people we serve shall have our informed and vigorous support.
